Bank of America Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards Ascent Card Now Offering 85,000 Bonus Points and $99 Companion Fare

The Bank of America Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards Ascent card is currently offering 85,000 bonus points and a $99 Companion Fare (plus taxes and fees starting at $23) after you spend $4,500 on purchases within the first 120 days of account opening. This represents an increase from the previous 80,000-point bonus for $4,000 in spending.

The Companion Fare benefit allows you to book a second ticket for $99 plus applicable taxes and fees, which can be valuable if you frequently travel with a companion on Alaska Airlines. This benefit must be booked through specific channels outlined by the airline.

You can apply directly through the official application page. If the direct link is unavailable, you can earn 80,000 points through a referral link, with the referring person receiving 10,000 points as a bonus. However, the 85,000-point offer is more rewarding if you can meet the higher spending requirement.

This limited-time offer is active now, so consider applying sooner rather than later if it aligns with your travel goals.

The card also offers several benefits, including 3x miles per $1 spent on Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines purchases, 2x miles on eligible gas, EV charging stations, rideshares, cable, streaming services, and transit, and 1x miles on all other purchases. Additional perks include a free checked bag for you and up to six companions on the same reservation, priority boarding, 20% back on Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines inflight purchases, no foreign transaction fees, and a $100 discount on an Alaska Lounge+ membership when paid with the card.

Important note: You cannot apply for this card if you currently hold it or have held it within the past 24 months. This restriction does not apply to the business card version.
