Wyndham Rewards Transfer Bonuses
Bilt’s headline Rent Day offer centers on Wyndham Rewards transfers with bonuses tied to your elite status. The base bonus ranges from 25% for Blue members to 100% for Platinum members. Platinum members can further boost to 125% by redeeming $125 in Bilt Cash. Transfers occur at a 1:1 ratio without bonuses:

Amazon Redemption Bonuses
Bilt members earn status-based bonuses when redeeming points for Amazon purchases on April 1. Bonuses apply when linking your Amazon account (if not already connected) and using points at checkout:
- Blue: 20% bonus
- Silver: 30% bonus
- Gold: 40% bonus
- Platinum: 50% bonus
Standard Amazon redemptions give 0.7 cents per point. With Platinum status, the 50% bonus improves this to 1.05 cents per point. This still falls short of optimal Bilt point uses, so only redeem if you have immediate Amazon purchases planned.
Metropolis Parking Benefits
Earn 5 points per dollar spent on Metropolis parking from March 26 through April 1 (normally 1 point per dollar). New Metropolis users who park for the first time during this period receive an additional 500 bonus points.
This temporary boost can be worthwhile if you have upcoming parking needs. The 5x rate aligns with Bilt’s premium card earnings in select categories, but there’s no cap mentioned on the bonus points.
Other Rent Day Benefits
Non-rent purchases on April 1 earn double points (up to 1,000 bonus points). The Bilt Palladium Card earns 4x points on everyday spending that day, while the Obsidian earns 6x in selected categories. The Blue Card earns 2x. These earnings are capped at 1,000 bonus points total across all cards.
The “Rent Free” game offers a chance to win up to $2,500 in rent relief by matching answers with Pete Davidson between March 26 and April 1. Top scorers earn prizes, including rent payments, Bilt points, or Las Vegas event tickets. Results post after 4 PM EDT on April 1.
